Hi, I’m Katie
I’ve been building systems for 23 years.
I started in tech and design and spent more than two decades (Hearst Magazines, Twitter, etc) turning tangled processes into clear systems, then handing the maps to engineering teams to build.

No. Your Possibility Map is yours to keep. You can build the systems yourself or hand the map to someone else to build. If building together is the right path, the diagnostic makes it an efficient next step, because I already know your business. The build is then scoped around what your map shows instead of a standard package.

I care deeply about the environment and I think about this one a lot. AI is already built into most of the tools we use, and it’s only going to show up in more of them.
So the question I find most useful is how to use it well. Part of what we map in the diagnostic is where AI earns its place in your business and where it doesn’t.
