February 11th-12th IN PERSON in Nashville TN. (Specific location disclosed after sign up)This Petite Retreat is an intimate, in-person strategy experience for founders who have many skills, many ideas, and many ways they could go and are ready to bring it all into coherence.
You don’t need to burn it down.
You don’t need to niche harder.
You don’t need to force yourself into platforms or business models that drain you.
You need clarity that actually fits how you’re built.
What This Retreat Is
This is a high-touch, small-group container designed to help you:
Articulate the deeper throughline beneath everything you do
Stop feeling scattered, fragmented, or “too much”
Build a business ecosystem that supports your energy, capacity, and evolution
With only three people in the room, this experience is intentionally spacious, precise, and deeply personalized. This is not a workshop. This is not a mastermind.
It’s a strategic reset that brings your work, voice, and structure back into alignment.
The Focus of Our Time Together
1. Your Movement Statement
We start by defining the movement you are actually here to lead.
Your Movement Statement is not a tagline or brand slogan. It’s the core truth beneath your work that makes everything else make sense.
During the retreat, you’ll:
Clarify what you are here to move, shift, or change through your work
Name what you are no longer available for
Release pressure to explain or justify your evolution
This statement becomes a grounding anchor for:
Messaging
Decision-making
Offers
Visibility
So you can grow without reintroducing yourself every six months.
2. Ecosystem Setup (How It All Fits Together)
Once your movement is clear, we organize everything around it.
This is where we take all of your:
Offers
Ideas
Roles
Platforms
Creative impulses
…and bring them into a clean, intentional ecosystem.
Together, we’ll:
Identify what is core, supporting, or seasonal
Clarify what stays, what pauses, and what no longer belongs
Reduce overwhelm without shrinking your vision
This is especially powerful if you’re a multi-hyphenate who knows all of your work belongs together, but hasn’t yet seen how.
Human Design–Led Container Guidance
A key part of the Ecosystem Setup is guidance on the right containers for you, based on your Human Design.
Instead of asking: “What platform should I be on?”
We ask: “What containers actually support how my energy works?”
For example:
Line 1s often thrive in depth, research, and mastery
→ Long-form containers like podcasts, essays, libraries, or frameworks tend to be more sustainable than high-volume, fast-turn contentOther profiles and types are guided toward containers that match:
Their natural rhythm of creation
Their need for interaction or solitude
Their relationship to consistency and visibility
This removes comparison and “should” energy and replaces it with strategic permission.
Who This Retreat Is For
This experience is for you if:
You have multiple skills, roles, or identities
You’re tired of trying to make yourself fit a one-size-fits-all business model
You want clarity that supports your nervous system, not drains it
You know you’re here to lead something bigger than a single offer
You don’t need more ideas. You need structure that honors how you actually operate.
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the retreat, you’ll have:
A clear Movement Statement you can return to again and again
A simplified, aligned view of your business ecosystem
Greater confidence in what you’re focusing on next
Relief from the pressure to do business like everyone else
Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling settled in your direction.
